I attended breads baking workshop at Baked by Mehak last month. Im a fresher when it comes to baking. But I must say, it was the most informative and knowledgeable workshop. Mehak does wonders when it comes to teaching as she’s passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. I can proudly say that, I can confidently bake breads because of her 🙂 kudos to Baked by Mehak!

I attended BBM (baked by Mehak). The in-depth explanation of the ingredients is not something you find everywhere. I am glad I got to know more about baking than before. The recipes are very simple to understand. With the help of BBM I can proudly say that I can bake too.

Had a great learning session on Eggless Muffins and Cupcakes with great tips and tricks.. Learnt to bake 7 recipes !! Excited to try them out now.

Took the tarts and mousse workshop today. Amazing workshop conducted by her and she was very oatient with all the questions and did not hurry into anything. Totally totally recommend her. And not to forget everything seemed gorgeous and delicious. Cant wait to them myself!

Today as i speak of Mehak and Baked by Mehak I get this sense of pride. Over time i’ve found a friend in her and i admire her for the work she does. At Baked by Mehak you can expect nothing less than perfect. She has magic hands and a magical communication skill. For those who have attended her workshops would know what i mean by that. Every recipe is fool proof and delicious as is. She is a very patient teacher and the best thing in all her workshops is the detail she goes into on each subject. She will explain the science math and the geography of every dish she prepares and that is just so heart warming that when she has a proud moment of hers she would have made you so much of her own that you will feel its a proud moment for you too! I’m so glad to be a tiny part of her journey and i wish her all the best for the future! I strongly recommend y’all to try the food she makes or if you are a baking enthusiast do undertake her workshops! Totally worth it!

Excellent opportunity to learn super-premium bakes Chef Mehak’s baking workshops are therapeutic and also rewarding in terms of knowledge and skills. While browsing for online baking workshops, I came across Baked by Mehak, which was a turning point for me. Earlier, I used to struggle with even premixes but after attending her workshops, I am able to bake premium delicacies, much to the surprise and delight of those around me. Mehak starts teaching form the basics and covers all the tricks and tips required to prepare the finest bakes and desserts. The best part of these workshops is that we get to learn the chef’s signature recipes – the ones that she herself follows for her baking business. Whatever I’ve baked by following these recipes is far better than what is available in some of the most renowned patissiers around me, and I’m always eager to learn from her.
